Feedback is for open-ended member input that does not need the voting flow used
by suggestions. Setup requires Manage Server.
Keep feedback and suggestions separate: suggestions are proposals for a change, while feedback can describe a member’s experience with something that already exists.
What setup does
Choose a text or announcement channel. Hedwig saves it, locks member message
and reaction permissions in that channel, keeps its own posting access, and
publishes the feedback panel. Give the bot View Channel, Send Messages,
Manage Channels, Embed Links, and Attach Files there.
