Miscellaneous tools - Hedwig

This is the catch-all for Hedwig’s smaller tools that are useful across many types of servers. Commands that create images, polls, timers, or reminders can post visible content or keep state, so check the target channel and duration before confirming.

Timer start, pause, resume, and end are server-management actions in this build. A timer uses the message ID returned by the start flow for later management; keep that message available if staff need to pause or end it.

Use ,help cmdname for the current options and required inputs for any command. /report sends a bug report to the configured development channel, so do not include passwords, tokens, or private member data.
