Social notifier - Hedwig

Social notifier watches configured YouTube and Reddit feeds and posts updates in a chosen channel. A server can configure up to 10 feeds.

Setup checklist

Choose a channel with a clear purpose.
Run /notifier setup and add a YouTube channel or subreddit. YouTube accepts a channel ID, channel URL, or handle; Reddit accepts a subreddit name such as gaming or r/gaming.
Confirm the test post or first update appears.
Use /notifier remove for a single feed, or /notifier reset when rebuilding the complete configuration.

Notifications use public YouTube and Reddit feeds; no YouTube Data API key is required by this build. A delayed post can still be a provider, feed, or rate-limit issue rather than a Discord configuration issue.
